Winemaking for apples
Many different wines can be made from apples, either by themselves or in combination with other fruits. N is known varieties to be excellent in their own varieties, but the kitchen to make better wine varieties of dessert.

A third method is to place the apples in a strong polyethylene bin or timber and ram with about 10 cm. (4 inches) from the wooden bucket on the end of a broomstick.
Another way is to grind, and another is to simply cut each apple in about 16 pieces. coarsely chopped, not recommended unless you know for sure that the metal, which makes the meat grinder, does not react to acids.
Apples are always on the fermented pulp. If you need a box large enough for this purpose, a large caliber, polythene bag inside a large cardboard box can be used very effectively. The neck can be collected and secured with an elastic band or tie wire – not so hard, of course, that carbon dioxide can not escape.
After fermentation the pulp of a press that is needed to extract all the juice. Bale pulp box on a newly sterilized burlap, clothing bedding or nylon bag placed inside the press. At first, the juice will run free, and then a little shaking up the bag will encourage even more to do. When pressure is applied, they do so intermittent and not constant, a better career so obtained. When you are satisfied that no more juice can be extracted, the cake apple can be used to make a second run wine.
