Losing Weight With the Minus Diet Super Soup diet

LESS SUPER SOUP DIET

£ 1. bag of carrots rinsed

2 cups spinach costs

Drink 6 glasses (8 oz) of juice so today. Use your centrifuge. Carrot / apple is a favorite. Strawberry / Cranberry or grape / apple or grape would be nice, too. Drink a lot of bottled water. Squeeze juice of lemon or orange in fresh water if you wish, for flavor.

Snack: One more or smoothie
