1) The Lounge – Yung Kee
The seventy years of age "culinary institution" has made an international name for itself thanks to its legendary roast goose, which some say is the best in Hong Kong, if the whole world … However, the restaurant itself is not what I have, and I probably would not have included in Hong Kong 10 best restaurants in the list, if not for its VIP lounge.

There are also some less exorbitant dishes on the menu that still extraordinarily delicious … grilled chicken, roast duck, and of course … the fabulous dim-sum.
Prices are a little more on top when compared with other Chinese restaurants, but the food is fantastic …
