I have a problem with Windows XP Professional (SP2 SVS). Help! Urgent!?
My Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player can not run. She said that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. I restart my laptop but it does not solve the problem. What had happened before and I had to reformat my laptop. I do not have time to reformat. Do you have any suggestion how to solve this problem? I use Firefox to surf the net, but it can not open some sites properly. I really need to use Internet Explorer. Urgent! I have done a virus scan and no virus detected. The site I'm going is a school site. We can not function properly on firefox.
Re install Internet Explorer is the fastest way. The other thing you can do before re-install is trying to make a repair. Also, if you've enabled the restoration of the system, try to restore to an earlier point. I hope this helps. Good Luck
