What I can do with a rack of lamb?
What is a tasty way to prepare? I've never done this any advice is welcome.
Rack of Lamb 2 racks lamb (8-9 ribs on each Escabeche): 1 / 2 cup oil-extra virgin olive 4 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary 2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme, chopped salt freshly ground black pepper Mix all marinade ingredients together. Marinate the lamb to marinate for several hours or night. Preheat oven to 450 º F. Scrape the garlic and herbs from the meat. Sear rack of lamb in a baking pan for 2-3 minutes over high enough. Transfer to the oven for 12-18 minutes, depending on your taste. Good luck!
