Would like to add a lrg ventless, gas fireplace for $2000. I plan to move in 6 mths. Worth it and add value?
There is no fireplace currently and it would look great in the house, where there is an open wall for it. I would also enjoy it in the cold Cleveland winters until I decide to sell the house. There is no other updates necessary to the home, it was a complete rehab in 2005.
if there is a fireplace already in the house dont do it, but if not, the addition of one will pay off big in the end,
